HOUSE RULES
Living Guidelines & Community Standards
“We are to honor and respect our roommates and sisters in Christ by being good stewards of our home. Our hope is to create a space where unity and harmony exist, bringing honor to each other and our Lord.”
1. Shared Areas & Cleanliness
Keep all shared areas clean and clear of clutter at all times. Please use designated spaces for your food. Perishables should be cleared out once a week to avoid any unpleasant odors in the refrigerator and pantry.
2. Kitchen Etiquette
Any dishes used should be thoroughly washed and put away immediately after use to maintain a clean kitchen environment for everyone.
3. Laundry Room Guidelines
The laundry room should always be kept clear of clothing and trash. Please complete all laundry cycles promptly and do not leave clothing sitting in the washer or dryer.
4. Guest Policy & Visitors
If you are planning to have a guest, please make other roommates aware in advance. All guests must stay in the downstairs area. No overnight guests are allowed. No male guests are allowed in the home, unless they are immediate family members. In the case of family members visiting, please let others in the home know who they are, along with their expected arrival and departure times.
Our primary goal is for the home to be a safe and comfortable place. Guests are expected to respect all roommates and should not arrive or leave at hours that would disturb the peace of the household. Please be mindful at all times.
5. Pet Policy
No pets of any kind are allowed in the home or on the property at any time.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy (Substance-Free Home)
Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and any misused or illegal substances are NEVER allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for this rule.
7. Noise Levels & Consideration
Please be mindful of noise from music, TV, and phone conversations. Keep sound at reasonable volumes and in areas where others will not be disturbed.
PLEASE NOTE / DISCLAIMER:
Failure to follow these house rules may result in early termination of your lease agreement.
